Sustainable FoodTech Contest in Israel

For the 70th Anniversary of the Establishment
of Diplomatic Relationship between Japan and Israel, we gathered 5 Israeli chefs to use Israeli sustainable FoodTech developed by Israeli Foodtech Companies, Japanese ingredients, and fresh local ingredients to create new Japanese fusion cuisine.
